The PS Vita has been out for 6 years now but what’s it like to actually use it in 2018?

My Massive Tech Unboxing 12.0!
vita is dead! only place still kicks is japan.
Look fuckwad, i dont care abouy a "real" day in a ps vita, i want your generic clickbait fake day with a ps vita.
Great video, Judner! I don't normally comment, but I wanted to give you a lot of credit for making this. You likely already know, but many PSP and PS1 games are playable on the PSV. There are also many Gundam games (we know you're a big fan of the franchise :D) from the G Generation series to the Gundam Breaker series. In addition, if your Memory Card is full, you can copy your data to your computer and then delete the files from your Memory Card that you don't need. Lastly, a good way to see which games are being released for the PSV is to follow game companies on YT or Twitter; you'd be surprised how many games are on both the NSW and the PSV!
I still use my Vita in a daily basis, since i am VERY into japanese titles, i mostly play Phantasy Star Online 2, Phantasy Star Nova, Toukiden 2 (The free version on the japanese PSN), DIGIMON WORLD: NEXT ORDER,GIRLS & PANZER: SENSHADO KIWAMEMASU! (Silly but fun game), DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS.
Come on now sony make good games for the vita 😭
Just got a vita bundle for 100 bucks. Basically brand new. Absolutely love it. It's a portable ps4 for me and is fantastic.
You can get Undertale on it
You should've mention Limited Run Games, they release physical games for the vita all the damn time.
This is literally the dumbest video ever. Yes the vita isnt super relevant but it still has awesome games. If you look at the vita section in my local gamestop it has the same amount of games as the switch does. The vita is worth owning.
Damn bro you got hella Gunpla
Games are still coming out from Japan for the Vita.
I love my Vita, Got it in 2017
I love playing the whole Sly Cooper series, Ratchet and Clank, and God of War on this and, the ability to take it anywhere was an awesome feeling. And, you can mod it to get older systems like the NES, SNES, PlayStation, GBA, and even the N64 on it with all of the games which I thought was amazing.
I don't really know you channel, but I get confused at the very first second:– necklace– earrings– baseball hat inside the house– Pokemon plush toys on the shelfs– some Japanese-style pictures on the wall– strange blue lighting from below
… and you call yourself avarage consumer. Is this really the avarage nowadays? It seems I'm getting really old.
My PSVITA WONT TURN ON HELP
Today is the Titanic anniversary
Hope they will make a new one
Lol I haven't even touched my Vita in years. It's just laying on table collecting dust rn
well.. you could get a pre owned for 60$… and well… if the firmware isn't over 3.60… i'd not skip it if you know what i'm saying
Failed to mention that it has access to a plethora of ps1 and psp games via the online store. Also this month an rpg called MetalMax Xeno is coming out and is lookin hot boy.
I bought my vita when it first came out and i still take it with me everywhere I go. I absolutely love my vita and still download new games for it for free every month. However, the prices for memory cards are still trash lol
Limited run games and play-Asia dude.
i love uncharted golden abbys, gravity rush, tear away, escape plan these games are must play games on vita
My vita is beefed the fuck up with homebrews and emulations. Seriously i put 128gb micro sd card inside the vita without the proprietary memory stick and its just the best.
i love my vita
One thing a grown man should never do is play a handheld game in public with his girl. relationship killer. JS people look at you crazy
Bought my vita second hand for 60 Euro's I really wanted to paly LBP on it. I can also use the Fita as a PS3 controller what is also a plus for me. But now I finished LBP and played few other games it is not being used really. I got out my old PSP 3000 and put Emulators on it, that is probably what im going to play handheld wise for now.
No Danganronpa ? ok I'm outta here
Rainbow Skies looks good, If you want new content on the Vita, go to PlayAsia
Wow I still play COD declassified on the Vita and there are quite a few who play it I find full lobbies quite easy
actually there were great new titles for vita recently from YS to Mary Skelter, Valkyrie Drive, Senran Kagura, Drive Girls… for Japanese quirky games fans it's a treasure trove. Also vita has a HUGE library of exclusive titles, something Switch does not have (yet) and most old titles u may find for less than 20 bucks.
I loved sonys portable systems. And always will
I personally think it was the memory cards for the vita, plus the release date. If they released it 1-2 years later plus the memory cards being affordable it would have brought back portable gaming. Im sure.
u aint average, ur a picky consumer
Metal gear. Metal gear 2 and 3 HD. Metal gear portable ops. Metal gear peace walker (which i think is an absolute before you play GZ & PP story ) lumines. Marvel vs cap. Virtual tennis . gravity rush. Gta including vice city, China. town, injustice. Persona4. Virtue last reward. Dragon crown (being remastered for ps4). To name a few gems for on the go… such a shame sports sim releases I.e. fifa are not getting releases. I think ps vita is extremely underrated and if you get 1 hour of ps4 remote play!! It's still a wonderful little bugger. If I could get a new one boxed, I wouldn't think 2wice
Vita is for me the BEST RETRO GAMES portable console. There are lot of emulators and thousands of old games. You can play on it Gameboy, SNES,…etc. And of course I have more than 20 favourite original Vita games including Uncharted – this game you can play only on Vita (on PS3/4 are other Uncharted titles). I buy them from eBay for 5 or 10€. For Vita I pay (year ago) circa 70USD including 4 games, case, 4GB memory card and some accessories…. This system I love and hate Sony that stop support for Vita. 🙁
Games I love on the Vita are mostly exclusives.
(Listed from most favourite to favourite) -Soul Sacrifice Delta– Freedom Wars– Persona 4: Golden– Army Corps From Hell (mainly for pastime gaming, love the heavy metal music too)– Dragon's Crown (not really an exclusive, but good for playing on-the-go)
I do have more but those are all I remember playing.
Nice vid, i don't know MKBHD made a second channel
Jk I'm just "inspired" by your recent tweet 😂
Netflix is not in ps store on the vita in Europe
Old ? I am still playing ps2 and still following the damn train.
Yep proprietary memory card format was the worst decision Sony made with the Vita I was pre owned Mem card yesterday 64GB £80!! They should have used SD Cards so so silly of them.
I got my Vita for 190€ with a 32GB from reBuy. These days its only really worth it if you love those japanese games and if you do, the Vita is the only handheld that can deliver. Currently got 25 games in my library, over 50 to get and another 100 japan-only games to get. For me personally it was a good desicion to buy it
It could be fantastic if it had triggers and the exact same games as PS4
Hahaha dont ever put it in your pocket thats how I fucked up left joystick broke and always looks down
It's time to crack this baby and put some emulator on it.
Bought mine in a pawn shop for $96 a couple months ago… got 12 games, its lit just the memory card sucks
I love my vita. I hate the price of memory cards though. I am not an exclusive fan to one particular brand because I play Xbox and PlayStation and Nintendo. I really want to get Nintendo switch eventually. I do however wish that they would make some more games for vita.
